THOUGHT FOR YOU, so that you can rest, get to know our apartments in the center of Madrid. We are located in a quiet and safe area. Very close to Plaza de España (metro station at 200m from our apartments) , Callao, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace and many other sites of tourist interest. 

The apartments are fully equipped; full kitchen, sheets and towels, hand soap and shower, highest quality 150x190cm bed, WIFI and Smart TV.

Space

The building is located on 15 Leganitos Street, next to a Police Station.

The building has an entrance hall and a doorman who can help you with whatever you need. His hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Entrance to the building with code (this will be provided on the day of arrival) It has 2 elevators, the one on the right will take you to the sixth floor.; Garbage room on floor -1. 

All apartments have an approximate size of about 45 square meters with double windows facing the outside, all have air conditioning and heating and are very bright.
